Check-in/ out-
All check-ins are from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. we are happy to arrange a late arrival provided requests are made before 6 pm the day of check-in. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Changes and Cancellations-
Please read this cancellation policy prior to booking.
Reservations are paid in full at the time of booking. Reservations are only refunded within the first 24hrs of booking. After the 24hrs all reservations are non-refundable. Changes or cancellations made after this time are subject to a penalty of the full amount of the scheduled stay.
Smoking and Candles-
The Mansion has a strict no-smoking and no-flame (e.g. candles) policy, but guests are welcome to use electric candles and are welcome to smoke in our outdoor designated areas.
Occupancy-
Our intimate size requires that the use of our suites be limited to registered guests only and a maximum of 2 persons per suite, exception is the River Suite which can sleep a maximum of 6 persons.
Adult Only-
The Fleur De Lis Mansion is a hidden romantic gem. To maintain our carefree adult only atmosphere we require our guests to be 21 years of age
Pets-
We love our furbabies and they love to come to work with us! We allow pets under 35lbs. for a pet fee of $35, pets over 35lbs are $55, for 2 or more pets the fee is $65.
Parking-
The Mansion offers free street parking in the front and plenty of free off street parking in rear of the property for overflow. The Fleur De Lis Mansion is not responsible or liable for any stolen items in vehicle.
Dietary Restrictions and Allergies-
If you have any dietary restrictions that you would like us to know about, please let us know at the time you make your reservation. We will make every effort to try and accommodate your dietary requirements.
